We take the privacy of your details very seriously, which is why we will not sell, give away, or otherwise divulge customer details to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.
The supplied phone number will only be used to contact you should there be problems with your order or delivery and we may pass this information on to our couriers in case they need to contact you. Should you not wish for this to happen, please let us know.
If you choose to pay online by card, you will be directed to the secure PayPal payment facility. Your data is collected by PayPal and not stored by us, neither will PayPal divulge your card details to us at any stage.
Cookies
We make use of 'per-session' cookies to track customer progress within our site. Longer term cookies are only held on the customers' computer, and for the purpose of enabling Login to areas of the site only available to registered users.
Security
Where customer information is held in an online environment it is held securely within an area protected by a robust and full SSL certificate operating a 128 bit encryption protocol. This SSL certificate is provided by GeoTrust, a major provider of such facilities.
